The detached house is sit­u­at­ed on the edge of the vine­yards. The dif­fer­ent res­i­den­tial uses can be seen on the out­er struc­ture. The well­ness area on the 1st floor serves as a con­tin­u­a­tion of the liv­ing area. The inte­ri­or design focus­es on gen­er­ous built-in fur­ni­ture, con­trast­ing mate­r­i­al col­lages and sur­pris­ing details.
